EAGLETON INSTITUTE OF POLITICS AT RUTGER’S UNIVERSITY

The Eagleton Institute of Politics explores state and national politics through research, education, and public service, linking the study of politics with its day-to-day practice. The Institute focuses attention on how the American political system works, how it changes, and how it might work better.

Election Lab MIT

The Lab supports advances in election science and findings. The aim is to improve the voting experience.

Election Protection

The national, nonpartisan Election Protection coalition works year-round to ensure that all voters have an equal opportunity to vote and have that vote count. Made up of more than 100 local, state and national partners, the organization uses a wide range of tools and activities to protect, advance and defend the right to vote.

Factcheck.org

FactCheck is a nonprofit “consumer advocate” for voters that aims to reduce the level of deception and confusion in U. S. politics. It is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania.

FAIRVOTE

The mission of FairVote is to work for electoral reforms that give voters greater choice, stronger voice and a representative democracy. Resources include electoral systems, primaries, presidential elections, voting rights, collaborative policymaking and more.

Federal Election Commission

The FEC was created to promote confidence and participation in the democratic process. It is the independent regulatory agency charged with administering and enforcing the federal campaign finance laws.

GENDER ON THE BALLOT

Gender on the Ballot is a nonprofit project that contribute to the national dialogue on gender and politics. The organization examines and contextualizes gender dynamics during the 2020 election and beyond. They offer research, an essential guide for women, resilience for women candidates, modern family issues for candidates and more.

Ignite

Ignite is a movement of young women who are ready and eager to become the next generation of political leaders. Young women learn how to actively engage in the political process, advocate and lobby for issues important to them. Education is available for k-12, college councils, webinars and state chapters for alumni.

THE LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS (LWV)

The League of Women Voters of the United States encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.

National Task Force in Election Crises

NTRC is a diverse, cross-partisan group of experts in election law, election administration, national security, cybersecurity, voting rights, civil rights, technology, media, public health, and emergency response. They advocate for free fair, and safe elections.

Redistricting

All About Redistricting is a one-stop-shop for information about the statewide redistricting process. The site reviews the substantive consideration that go into redistricting, the various entities and institutions involved in the process, and the rules, progress, and litigation in each state. It is a Loyola Law School project.

Redistricting Data Hub is a nonpartisan organization committed to ending gerrymandering in all forms.
